Job Summary Mobile WiMAX Radio Network planning and Field Optimization
Responsibilities and Duties: -- Radio access network planning for Mobile WiMAX system.
-- Consulting on RF planning for Mobile WiMAX operators.
-- Field optimization and field performance verification for radio access network.
-- CW test and propagation model calibration
Qualifications:
Strong skills in the following:
1) Strong experiences in the area of radio access network planning and field optimization
2) Highly skilled in one or more radio access network planning tool and field optimization
3) In-depth knowledge of mobile communication system, especially for Mobile WiMAX system
4) Excellent communication skill
