Job Summary Mobile Browser Development
Responsibilities and Duties: -- Design and implement the mobile web browser for our handheld products. Work with us to invent new ways to improve the performance and layout of web content on mobile devices.
-- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to successfully take the software through the entire development cycle (design, implementation, maintenance)
-- Five or more years of software development experience desired
Qualifications: Strong skills in the following:
1) Experience in several software projects from design through delivery
2) Demonstrated design skills
3) Proficient C and C++ coding and debugging skills, good problem solving skills
4) Knowledge of markup languages and data transport protocols, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WML, XHTML, DHTML, XML, SVG, TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL
5) Record of architecting and/or leading middleware projects based on the technologies
6) Embedded devices experience is preferred
