Our client – western telecommunication company - is looking for the professional to fulfill a position of BTL&Trade marketing manager.
Должность: BTL&Trade marketing manager
Должностные обязанности:
Full BTL marketing responsibility;
Responsible for coordination of all BTL with our 16 (35) regional offices;
Responsibility for driving the brand manager to develop applicable trade tools, accepted by dealers and innovative for consumers – Drive the implementation through the regions;
Optimize (quality, lead times & costs) POS and BTL productions;
Develop promotional activities, both on local & national level;
Manage the POS/merchandising activities in relation with the regions;
Control the regional compliance of company’s corporate identity on BTL level;
Develop marketing material for company’s alternative channels (kiosks, gas stations, supermarkets);
POSM development; new POSM proposals;
Brandshop concept design development;
Souvenir guidelines development and production;
Tender BTL/Trade marketing/Delivery agencies;
Legal documents & payments coordination;
Contacts with creative, production and delivery agencies; regional branches; central functions departments.
Требования к кандидату (квалификация):
Age: 22-32 y.o.;
2-3 years experience in Retail, IT/Telecom, FMCG or BTL agency Area:
- Trade marketing;
- BTL strategy and implementation;
- Administrative support over the marketing projects execution;
- Promotional creativity;
- Good at project management;
Ability to independently set the agenda – ambitious, a Doer;
Outgoing, good at dealing with regions (diplomatic but convincing)
Willing to travel extensively to Russian regions (estimated: 40%)
Good command of oral & written English;
Good PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel & Power Point)
